Please join Cloud9 Wellness Hub Co-Director and Master Trainer Jessica Ashby for an hour every Saturday at Midday for a series of live online Pilates sessions from the comfort of your very own home, via Zoom. This session is suitable for people that are new or experienced at Pilates, or who may have practiced a while ago and want to get back into it again. Pilates is a controlled practice that focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and stability that are centred around the breath and performed with precision and flow. Everybody’s body is beautifully unique, so it is important to be kind and patient with yourself throughout these classes. Jessica will support you by offering modifications to make it more challenging or rest and recovery positions if you need to have a break. Once you have booked your session(s) you will receive a confirmation email with simple instructions on how to access them from your mobile phone, tablet or laptop.
