Parent & Toddler Yoga Workshop at The Secret Garden - December 4th 2019 - 12:30

Parents, with your toddler(s) please join us as we move and play at our engaging and fun Yoga Workshop at The Secret Garden at Enfield’s historic Salisbury House. Expect storytelling, music, movement, and games in a non-competitive and calm environment. Toddlers are natural yogis! They receive the teachings of yoga and grow from them in inspiring ways. Parents are encouraged to participate with their toddlers throughout the session, experiencing the benefits of yoga together. This ticket is for 1 adult and 1 child. If you wish to bring additional siblings, it’s £6.50 per sibling (due to space limitations you will be sharing a family mat). You are more than welcome to bring your babes in arms, however this workshop is designed for you and your toddler.
