We have weaved together a soul satisfying day of workshops, activities & experiences to nourish your mind, body and spirit so you can fully recharge and be your best self in the midst of lush English countryside. The tranquillity is infectious as we take you on a journey of the senses in this idyllic indoor/outdoor location, which is peacefully nestled in the outskirts of High Barnet. You need not have any experience in any of the retreat workshops to attend, but if you are pregnant, or have PTSD which is triggered by loud or unexpected noises, we recommend that you do not take part in this retreat. Your Day Retreat ticket includes entry to all workshops, a two course vegan lunch, light refreshments throughout the day, a wellness goody bag, and all the magic you can soak up.
