Join us for our monthly Brunch Club!
Set in the welcoming environment of Cloud9 Wellness Hub, you will be guided through a gentle session of mindfulness through slow movement and meditation. With a focus on the body and the breath, you should finish our session feeling light, relaxed and calm.
Once the session has finished the group will enjoy a tasty, healthy and filling cooked vegan brunch including a hot or cold drink.
The buffet style brunch includes a choice of: Hash browns, baked beans, scrambled tofu, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, pancakes, fresh fruit and yogurt.
