Saturday Morning Yoga

They give off a buzz and a feeling of excitement at the start of a fresh weekend. Our Saturday morning Yoga class with Adriana is the perfect accompaniment to the start of your weekend. We are going with a "softly-strong" approach to this session, easing you into your weekend and waking the body and mind up with strong Hatha postures blended with the flow of Ashtanga. We aim to help you improve your flexibility; posture alignment; balance; focus and concentration; muscle strength as well as your inner strength.
